Living in the Community

At MTC, independence doesn’t mean being alone. It means having the right supports from Supported Living Coaching, Personal Supports, and Companion Services to live life fully, on your own terms.

MTC’s Supported Living model is life-changing for individuals who want to live on their own. Research shows that people with IDD benefit most when they live in the least restrictive environment possible—integrated into the community and making their own choices. Our Personal Supports and Companion Services are person-centered. Whether just a few hours a month of coaching is needed or 24-hour-a-day support, we customize our services to meet all needs from those of individuals leaving home for the first time, to seniors wishing to age in place.
